| Gherardi Davis (1858-1941) was president from 1931 to 1937, vice president from 1930-1931, and treasurer from 1913-1921. He stands as one of our most generous members leaving the Club his extensive collection of antique silver and a bequest. He was also generous in donating the House Committee table and created the designs for the stained glass ships on the first landing. From old records we know that he designed the Game Room as well as renovations to the Buffet Room. |
