The Down Town Association is conveniently located in the heart of the New York City Financial District, and offers easy accessibility to all major subway lines for travel throughout Manhattan and beyond. Opened for the exclusive benefit of our members and their sponsored guests, the Down Town Association has 33 well appointed guest rooms. 

During your stay, you and your guests will have access to a full fitness center on the guestroom level. Guests will also enjoy full use of the Clubhouse facilities, including our gracious dining room, wood paneled Main Bar, and Club Reading Room. You may also choose to host a private event in one of our well appointed private dining rooms. 

Reciprocal members wishing to stay at the Down Town Association must have a letter of introduction forwarded to reception@thedta.com prior to their arrival.

  • Queen



    • Our Single and Double Queen Rooms range in size up to 671 sq. ft. and are modern in their design and decor. We have one single Queen room (#8) and seven Double Queen rooms (#1, 5, 12, 17, 19, 27, 33), featuring lighted closet, storage credenza, work desk and a large armchair. Bathrooms feature large walk-in rainfall showers; some Queen Rooms also provide sofa beds for family stays.

  • King


    • Our fourteen King Rooms range in size up to 567 sq. ft. and are available in several configurations (#2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 21, 22, 23, 32).

      Our King Rooms all feature one King Bed, multiple closets, an intimate seating area, work desk, and comfortable arm chair. Some King Rooms feature separate seating areas, sunken living rooms, multiple televisions and multiple closets. The bathrooms feature either a large walk-in rainfall shower or separate walk-in shower and six foot platform tub.

  • Junior Suite



    • QUEEN JUNIOR SUITE

      At 480 sq. ft., our Queen Junior Suite (#29) offers a luxurious walk-in rainfall shower with handheld showerhead and dual sinks. For convenience, our Queen Junior Suite features a separate dressing and makeup area just off the bathroom. Our Queen Junior Suite features a Queen bed, lighted closets, a sofa bed, work desk, and separate sunken living area. 


      KING JUNIOR SUITE

      Our King Junior suites (#9, 18, 26, 28, 30, 31) range in size up to 736 sq. ft. and have individual layouts and deluxe bathrooms, featuring walk-in rainfall showers, and dual sinks. Some King Junior Suite bathrooms feature separate makeup and dressing areas, as well as six foot platform tubs. Rooms feature a King Bed and multiple lighted closets, with many featuring sofa beds and sunken living areas.

    • Our two Corner King Executive Suites (#16, 20) range in size up to 899 sq. ft. and feature full kitchens, lighted closets, dual entry bathrooms, multiple televisions, separated living and dining areas, as well as corner windows. The dual entry bathrooms feature dual sinks, luxurious walk in rainfall shower, and separate six foot platform tub. Truly a home away from home.
